Financial education begins too late and not always in the proper way.
As early as age 5, children begin to interact with money and its uses. However, it is hardly explained to them:
1) what is money?
2) how did it come into being?
3) how has it changed to this day?
4) how is it created and by whom?
5) what gives money value?
6) Is there anything more valuable?
Yet these are those fundamental points that, if addressed right away, will enable them to achieve, more easily, the awareness of use that, unfortunately, many adults still do not have.
So, I have made a picture book, just for children, that deals with all these questions and that can be read in place of a bedtime story or at any other time..
I have titled it "Il DENARO" in the Italian version - "MONEY" in the English version and "El DINERO" in Spanish.
I would like to translate it into the greatest number of languages, to reach the greatest number of children in the world and tell them the History of Money, from its origins to the present day, in just 5 min. of reading and in a fun way.
You can find it on Amazon, both in print and digital format, at the following addresses:
I hope that even if you have always thought about Money as a topic not suitable for little ones, now you can finally change your mind; or, even, if you had never even thought you could, you can take this opportunity to do so.
Long live children and their limitless minds....
